Pneumatic flow control gates mainly play the role of switching and regulating flow in cement and powder conveying control systems.
Using foreign advanced technology, it is specially used for unloading raw material homogenization silos and cement silo equipment. The driving device of this product adopts a fan-shaped cylinder or AT cylinder with a positioner to realize the valve flow regulation function. It is an ideal device for adjusting the flow size. It automatically adjusts the opening by inputting a 4~20mA control signal to realize the regulation function.

Working Principle
The pneumatic flow control gate can realize the opening, closing and regulating functions under the 4-20mA signal. When the electric actuator inputs the 4mA control signal, the valve is in the fully closed state. When the electric actuator inputs the 20mA control signal, the valve reaches the fully open state. Under the action of the 4-20mA control signal, the valve is in the regulating state, and the valve opening can be adjusted with any given signal value, thereby realizing the valve regulation function.
