I. Overview
Telescopic chute for silo is mainly used for loading and unloading bulk cement and powdered materials in building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, grain and other departments. 2. Description
(1) Telescopic chute for silo are not suitable for materials with high viscosity, strong corrosiveness, and temperatures above 150°C.
(2) The loading speed of the Telescopic chute for silo is determined by the unloading valve and the conveying capacity of the conveying equipment. Generally, loading large trucks, trains, and ships requires a very fast speed, about 120-300 tons/hour, while loading ordinary bulk loaders requires a slower speed, about 60-100 tons/hour.
(3) Pneumatic valves should be used when there is a compressed air source (pressure of about 0.4MPa) at the workplace.
(4) Special designs and manufacturing can be carried out for users with special needs.
(5) Telescopic chute for silo are divided into two types: control cabinet control and button station control. The requirements must be stated when ordering.
(6) When ordering, the model and number of units should be indicated and a process diagram should be attached.
