1. Overview
Clinker bulk loader is a device that automatically transports clinker aggregate (≤ 50mm) from the silo to clinker bulk vehicles and ships. The silo bottom cement clinker aggregate bulk equipment (see Figure 1) is mainly composed of manual rod valve, electric fan valve (or pneumatic arc valve), winch device, telescopic unloading device, dust collection hose, capacitive limit switch, electronic control system and other parts. Users can also choose silo side clinker aggregate bulk equipment. (See Figure 2)

Note: This machine can meet the user’s requirements on material temperature and material particle size by changing the material.
3. Working Principle
When the transport tool enters the loading position, open the rod valve for the corresponding number of rods. Press the “down button” of the control cabinet, and the power supply of the lifting motor will be automatically disconnected after the unloading head is in place. Press the “loading button” to enter the unloading state, and the auxiliary supporting equipment will start working accordingly. The dust generated by unloading passes through the feed hopper and enters the dust collector for purification through the telescopic dust collection hose. When the material of the unloading head is full, the unloading head rises and alarms. The rising distance must be set before loading. If the rising distance is 1 meter, the time of the time breaker is adjusted to T=1/v. Loading is always in progress during the rising process. When the unloading head is full, repeat the above action. After reaching the full position, press the stop button to make the electric vibrator reverse brake, or close the fan valve to stop unloading. After parking, you can press the rising button to let the unloading hopper leave the material a certain distance to ensure the displacement of the transport tool, and then aim at the second unloading station. Until the entire silo is full.
