Working principle
The rod valve of the equipment is connected with the discharging interface of the warehouse side or the bottom of the warehouse, the other end of the rod valve is connected with the electric fan valve, the electric fan gate is connected with the discharging connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is connected with the telescopic discharging device through the frame, the upand down operation of the telescopic discharging device is driven by the winding, and the discharging process is controlled by the capacitive level switch. Keep the dust collection cover close to the material layer to ensure the dust collection effect; After the material layer reaches the highest position, close the fan gate, stop unloading, and move the car box to a new position to continue unloading.
The dust collection pipe is made of two flexible hoses, respectively installed on both sides of the discharge expansion pipe, the lower end is connected to the discharge dust collection cover body, the upper end is connected to the dust collector inlet, the dust generated during the discharge process is pumped into the dust collector for purification and collection.
After the truck is parked, the truck loading personnel press the telescopic cylinder down button on the spot, and the telescopic cylinder will drop into place or stop at the position that needs to be dropped. The central control room personnel or on-site personnel give the gate opening instruction, and the central control room personnel pre-set the opening degree of the gate (4~20mA).
After the gate is opened in place, the material discharge begins, and the material level switch installed on the telescopic cylinder works. When the material level switch senses the material level for the first time, the telescopic cylinder is lifted up for 2 seconds (time is adjustable) to stop. In the process of continued discharge, when the level switch senses the level for the second time, the telescopic cylinder continues to rise and lift for 2 seconds (time adjustable) to stop, so that the discharge can play a role in the discharge process of dust suppression.
When the scene or the central control room through the video surveillance to see the full, immediately close the gate, command the scene driver to move another truck unloading level. Then press the drop button in place and continue to open the gate for unloading. Repeat the above unloading process until the pre-set tonnage is reached. At this time, the truck scale gives a stop signal to the central control room, and the central control room immediately gives a signal to close the gate and a signal to raise the expansion cylinder.
